It is important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with. For this reason, I offer an initial FREE phone call for up to 30 minutes, or face to face meeting (£15). Here, I can tell you a little more about how I work and answer any questions you may have; together we can decide if this is the right therapy for you.

The current fee is £50 per session (50 minutes).
